After several years of serving as President of Ash Developments in Winnipeg, he moved to Ottawa to join the Regional Group of Companies Inc. as National Director of Investment Sales. Over a period of four years, he worked in management, assisting the company in opening brokerage offices across western Canada and overseeing the operation of those offices. Bruce eventually returned to Winnipeg to sell investment properties with RE/MAX professionals. Sales have included Industrial, Retail Office, Apartment, and Business properties.

Frank Lisanti began investing in commercial real estate in 1985 as both proprietor and property manager of a strip shopping centre.
